Liz graduated with a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Education Studies from Aberystwyth University and went on to continue with PhD study.
Liz’s main areas of interest within education are educational assessment, curriculum development processes, educational equality and social justice. Liz’s PhD research is considering pupil and teacher perspectives relating to the recent qualification and curriculum reform in Wales. Liz joined BCU in 2019 as a lecturer in Education and has been the course leader for Education Studies since August 2021.
