In the fast pace of working life, finding time to reflect on your career journey can be challenging. This interactive workshop gives you the opportunity to pause, think, and reconnect with your professional experiences, values, and aspirations.
Overview
Using the creative methodologies of LEGO® Serious Play® and Six Bricks, you will explore your career story and identify what matters most to you. Through hands-on building activities and guided reflection, you will engage in meaningful conversations with yourself and others in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Who will benefit?
This workshop is suitable for anyone, regardless of organisation, sector, or job level. Whether you are at the beginning of your career, an experienced professional, or a senior leader, the workshop provides an opportunity to reflect on your experiences, explore what matters most to you, and consider your future career direction.
The workshop is particularly valuable if you enjoy experiential learning and are open to exploring ideas through creativity and reflection.
No prior experience with LEGO® activities is required.
Course in depth
This workshop combines LEGO® Serious Play® and Six Bricks methodologies to create an engaging and reflective learning experience.
- Warm-up activities using LEGO® bricks.
- Reflect on your professional journey, including your current career situation, sources of motivation, and challenges.
- Identify your significant career experiences, milestones, and turning points.
- Create a visual representation of your preferred future career direction.

- A three-hour interactive workshop facilitated by a trained LEGO® Serious Play® and Six Bricks® facilitator.
