Dr MohammadReza Yazdifar

Dr. Reza Yazdifar is a distinguished researcher and educator specializing in design, computational modeling, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML). After earning his PhD from Brunel University in 2018 with innovative work on optimizing hip implant designs using AI, he joined Coventry University in 2019 as a lecturer and machine learning project lead, significantly advancing both teaching and applied research. In 2025, he moved to Birmingham City University to further his academic career. He holds a Master's in AI and ML from the University of Texas at Austin (2024) and has led impactful projects, including predictive modeling for credit card usage, churn prediction using XGBoost, and automated support ticket classification with generative AI, showcasing his ability to apply advanced ML techniques to real-world problems.
