How to contact us during Clearing

Our friendly advisors are on hand throughout Clearing to support you, answer your questions and assist with your application. Our phone lines can be very busy over the Clearing period, so prepare ahead of time by finding out the best way to contact us.

Looking to apply through Clearing?

If you have received your results and would like to apply to a course through Clearing, please give us a call on 0121 331 6777. You can also apply online by finding your course and clicking 'apply now'.

BCU's Clearing Hotline operating hours are as follows:

Thursday 13 August: 7.30am - 10pm

Friday 14 August: 7.30am - 8pm

Saturday 15 August: 9am - 4pm

Sunday 16 August: 10am - 2pm

From Monday 17 August: 9am - 5pm (weekdays only)

NB: We will be open 10am - 2pm over the weekend of 22-23 August.

If you’ve had your place confirmed and would like to know how to enrol to when you will receive your student ID card or information about your induction, you can contact the Enrolment Contact Centre.
