When a print job has been released, but hasn’t yet been printed, check the screen for errors, including paper selection or paper jams and follow on-screen instructions to resolve the problem.

 If there are no errors and the job still hasn’t printed or the device is asking for toner, please place the 'out of order’ notice over the screen. This can be found within the paper trays. Switch off the device and contact IT help on 6543 immediately, providing the Device ID number on the information label on the top of the device. 

 When documents with personal data are left unattnded on the printer, there’s a risk this could be accessed by unauthorised persons, which is a data breach and should be reported to the Information Management Team.
