Tracey Cooper

Tracey is the Director of Educational and Professional Development at BCU, prior to this she held the role of LLB Programme Director for 7 years. Her teaching areas are Land Law, Contract Law and ADR. She obtained her LLB with the Open University and LLM with the University of Wolverhampton. She has experience in teaching and leading programmes both home and abroad, having taught at institutions in Mauritius and Hong Kong. Tracey is also a CEDR accredited mediator.

Her main research area is contract law, and she is co-author to Optimise Contract Law Revision text, Routledge, and Spotlight  on Contract law, Routledge. Prior to her transition into academia, she worked for 12 years as a Professional Tribunal Officer with the Valuation Tribunal Service.
