Caribbean

We have many students from the Caribbean studying at Birmingham City University on some of our most popular programmes including Business, Art and Design.

Birmingham is a popular study destination for students from the Caribbean region and our city has a large ethnic Caribbean community. Birmingham has its very own international airport which is located a 10-minute train journey from our City Centre Campus. Modern, safe and perfectly located on-campus accommodation is available to all international students on a first-come, first-served basis.

It's a particularly exciting time to become a student at Birmingham City University. We've invested over £500 million in our estate, including a major expansion of our City Centre Campus at Eastside, providing students with an enviable range of facilities.

Our research work continues to attract international attention, 93% of our research was recognised internationally for originality, significance and rigour, of which 19% was judged world-leading (REF 2021).
