Hannah joined the department at BCU in 2015 with a role supporting teaching and research whilst conducting her PhD research. Hannah's PhD, supervised by Helen Jenkins and Kate Thomson, focuses on pediatric diagnostic terminology used by speech and language therapists in the UK. Her main areas of interest are child language acquisition, diversity and equality across the profession, mental health, and reducing social inequalities in healthcare.
