Alison has over 17 years of teaching experience joining Birmingham City University as a lecturer in Fashion Retail Management in 2006.
Alison began her work in the fashion industry by working for Arcadia, across Dorothy Perkins and Burton stores in management roles and went on to the role of Ladieswear Manager in a newly opened Emporio Armani in 2000.
