About Help to Grow: Management
Help to Grow: Management is a 12-week leadership and management programme designed for SME owners and senior managers. Delivered by Birmingham City Business School, the programme combines online learning and in-person workshops with one-to-one mentoring, peer networking and support, and a bespoke growth plan for your business.
