Chief Executive of Marks and Spencer Plc, Marc Bolland, was invited as guest speaker for an event organised by Birmingham City Business School last month.
The event looked at leadership in today’s challenging economic environment. Mr. Bolland discussed the continued evolution of M&S and how it is responding to the needs of its customers in today’s challenging economic environment.
Attendees included the Chartered Management Institute, Institute of Consulting, Birmingham Forward and the Black Country LEP.
