Current activity:

Antony currently provides teaching input across most of the Built Environment courses, largely relating to the structure, technology and infrastructure for commercial and residential developments. He also has the role of Link Coordinator with partner colleges offering the HNC. Since Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems design formed a major part of his later experience, he presents this at some point to most courses and continues to develop this interest.His experience of project management includes the on and off-site infrastructure for commercial and housing developments up to £50 million, and he is also approved as a supervising civil engineer for the I.C.E. training scheme.

Antony is a Senior Lecturer in the Birmingham School of the Built Environment and Course Director for HNC ConstructionHe has spent over 33 years in the construction industry, working for local authorities, developers, civil engineering consultants and on social development projects in Nigeria.  As the only civil engineer on the academic staff list, Antony provides teaching input across most of the Built Environment courses, and also works as link coordinator with partner colleges that offer the HNC Construction course.
