Three Princesses, two handsome Kings and… a pig??
Princess Flora’s world is turned upside down when fate leads her to marry a pig. As luck would have it, and after being cursed by a witch, he is a pig by day and a handsome king by night.
Flora must travel to the ends of the Earth and across the Milky Way to save her husband from the curse, and the witch who cast it.
Follow this unlikely fairy-tale romance and find out if Flora will get her prince. Can she break the spell on her husband and live happily ever after?
Performed by singers from Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, Jonathan Dove’s vibrant opera brings this fairy-tale to life with a humorous twist for the whole family to enjoy.
Generously supported by the Linbury Trust Fund.
