Assistance dogs are welcome at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire venues. If you wish to bring an assistance dog, please let the Events Office know by calling 0121 331 5909.
Please note that balcony seats are accessible by stairs only. If you require step-free access, please ensure you select seats on the ground floor.

Your tickets are non-refundable.
You can apply for a refund if you are unable to attend due to accidents, unexpected illness, and some unforeseen circumstances, however a refund isn’t guaranteed. Applications must be received 14 days before the event.

New for 2027: Flutewise Day – separate ticket for flute players aged 18 and under only.
This is a day for under 18s only and includes 4 workshops and 1 recital. Due to room capacity, parents will not be able to stay with their child. Registered chaperones will be appointed to the group. If you want to attend sessions with an under 18, please purchase full 3-day Festival Passes where you can both attend sessions together.
