We shall not be liable for any change of a published start time or change to the artists scheduled to perform. No scheduled acts may be considered as headline acts regardless of their relative fame or prominence in the billing and so cancellation by an artist or performer will not entitle you to a refund.
Wheelchair users are entitled to a complimentary companion seat.
You can book a free companion ticket by selecting the seat next to yours on the seating plan.

Please note that balcony seats are accessible by stairs only. If you require step-free access, please ensure you select seats on the ground floor.

Your tickets are non-refundable.
You can apply for a refund if you are unable to attend due to accidents, unexpected illness, and some unforeseen circumstances, however a refund isn’t guaranteed. Applications must be received 14 days before the event.
Just Flutes Festival 13-15 August 2027
Just Flutes are pleased to announce the return of the Just Flutes Festival, taking place at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in August 2027.
Join us for three full days celebrating all things flute, with recitals from world-class musicians, workshops, flute choirs, masterclasses and more, alongside a busy trade hall where you can meet flute makers from around the world.
Following the demand for tickets in 2025, in 2027 only full 3-day Festival Passes will be available for 2027. Day tickets will not be available.
Your 3-day Festival Pass gives you unlimited access to all three days, including all recitals, workshops and masterclass audiences. Please note that private lessons and masterclass performance slots are not included and can be booked separately. Booking for these opens on 1st July 2027 and information on how to book will be sent directly to ticket holders.
You need to register in advance to participate in the massed flute choir sessions – registration will open on 1st July 2027 and close on 31st July 2027. Information on how to register will be sent directly to ticket holders.
New for 2027: FluteWise Day on Friday 13th August, 10am - 5.15pm. This is a day for under 18s only and includes 4 workshops and 1 recital. Due to room capacity, parents will not be able to stay with their child. Registered chaperones will be appointed to the group.

Registration from 9am, sessions begin at 10am, trade opens at 11am.
Evening Recital: Katherine Bryan
Flutewise Day – separate ticket for flute players aged 18 and under only. This is a day for under 18s only and includes 4 workshops and 1 recital. Due to room capacity, parents will not be able to stay with their child. Registered chaperones will be appointed to the group. If you want to attend sessions with an under 18, please purchase full 3-day Festival Passes where you can both attend sessions together.
