Second City Brass Presents - The Best of Brass. The Second City Brass Collective invites you to an evening of some of the best music ever written for large brass ensemble.

Second City Brass are a collective of brass musicians based in Birmingham. They have made their name as the large brass ensemble of the West Midlands, regularly playing for both the Aston University and Birmingham City University graduations, as well as playing at the opening ceremony of the Three Choirs Festival in 2022.

The group formed while they were studying at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, and usually put on concerts and recitals of Brass Quintet or Dectet music. However, the collective has grown dramatically of late, and as such repertoire for a larger ensemble is now within their scope. Such a large group of talented brass musicians is a rare find, and as such performances of this repertoire are scarce, especially in the West Midlands.

This concert really is a must-see.
