Support off campus
Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, there may be some changes to services listed on this page. More information can be found on our dedicated support page. For more information, including details on how we are supporting our applicants, please see our latest updates.
Whether you're on placement, studying whilst looking after your family, or working from home during the holidays, we're fully able to support you whilst you're off-campus. As a BCU student or staff member you have access to millions of full-text journal articles, ebooks and other online resources. We also have a 24/7 virtual enquiry service where you can search for answers to frequently asked questions or speak to a librarian at any hour of the day, from wherever you are.
Unfortunately, our distance learner postal request service is unavailable at the moment. Once our libraries have reopened post-Covid-19 and our services are fully restored, we will reinstate the postal service request form.
Using another university library
The SCONUL Access scheme is available to BCU students who would like to use a university library closer to home. Complete the online registration form to join the scheme, and remember to check the membership requirements of the library you wish to join before visiting.
