BCU Library Search is now live. Start your search here!
This new search platform provides you with a better experience to access books, journals and electronic resources within and beyond the Library collections, and supports your study and research. It also interfaces with other Library services, including Inter-Library Loans and our online chat service.
We thank you for your participation in the testing earlier on. We continue to welcome your feedback for the ongoing development. Do let us know your first impressions of the new search platform with our short feedback form.
You can start searching and accessing books, journals and electronic resources on BCU Library Search straight away. You can also access your online library account, use the online reservation service and request Inter-Library Loans.
Please set up your PIN to issue items using the self-service kiosk, and issue / return laptops via LapSafe (see Resetting Library PIN for further information). No PIN is required for checking your library account or returning items using the self-service kiosks.
As part of this major system upgrade, the following services will not be available immediately. We will keep you informed about service availability via Twitter and the Library Dashboard.
- Some item links on Reading Lists Online may take longer to be updated. If the item links in the reading lists do not work, please visit BCU Library Search direct to locate specific items.
We will introduce various features of BCU Library Search later. You may also refer to Library Search Help for a quick introduction.
