The Moksha Trio
Paul Dunmall saxophone
Paul Rogers 7 string bass
Phil Gibbs guitar
Moksha is a Hindu word meaning the 'final liberation of the soul' and this is the inspiration for the Moksha Trio that has Paul Dunmall on saxophones and clarinet, Paul Rogers on his specially built 7-string double bass and Phil Gibbs on guitar. The trio toured together some years ago and recorded a couple of albums. They are reforming especially for this gig and to record a new album. The music will bring together elements of folk music and spoken word, all in an improvised context.
