RBC Jazz Orchestra conducted by Jeremy Price

Join the RBC Jazz Orchestra for a gig that’s guaranteed to lift the spirits – a celebration of the influence of rock, funk and fusion on the Big Band repertoire.

Directed by Head of Jazz Jeremy Price, the evening promises to be full of noisy exuberance, great grooves and lots of ledger lines for the trumpets!

This concert features significant composers and arrangers including Mike GibbsKenny WheelerThad Jones and Adrian Drover, taking examples from seminal albums such as Maynard Ferguson’s MF Horn series and Mike Gibbs’ Big Music.

RBC Jazz department also welcome Warwick School Jazz Lab to open the evening as part of our ongoing platform offered to leading youth music groups.
