Donations Policy
Birmingham City University libraries welcome donation offers which support the University’s teaching, learning, and research aims. All offers of donations are subject to approval by the Library and Learning Resources Team. Please complete and submit the Donations Form before delivering donations to the library.
What materials can you donate?
The Library Donations Policy further explains the process to donate items and describes what material may be accepted. If your offer is more appropriate for our Cultural Collections and Archive, we may refer you here.
The library is unable to accept donations outside of this procedure. To avoid disappointment, we recommend reading the policy and emailing any additional enquiries to library staff at askthelibrary@bcu-uk.libanswers.com
