Westlaw UK is an online database of legal information including books, cases, journals and legislation. You can access Westlaw UK via links from our A-Z of Databases and Library Subject Guide for Law.
When you log in to Westlaw UK use your BCU email address and password. As a first-time user you will need to register for a OnePass account with Thomson Reuters, the providers of Westlaw UK. A OnePass account will allow you to make use of personalisation features, including:
- Accessing a history
- Bookmarking content as a favourite
- Creating alerts
- Storing saved content in folders
If you are an existing Westlaw UK user, with a OnePass account, Thomson Reuters are asking you to log in before 1st December 2023 to ensure that your personalisation settings are saved.
