We've added a new widget in BCU Library Search to allow you to more easily report issues with accessing resources. In addition to our friendly 24/7 chat service where you can ask for help with anything library-related, you can now report access issues straight from any BCU Library Search results or item page. These reports are sent directly to the Library Systems and Resource Administration Team, and if you share your email address along with the report then we'll be able to respond to you within 1 working day.
So, if you're having issues signing into an article, or if you've clicked a journal link that took you somewhere unexpected, please report as an issue and we'll get the team on the case!
