NOFA invites families of all ages to join them for a celebration of Orchestras for All’s 15th birthday in collaboration with Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Expect a wide range of musical styles including a famous Dvořák work, a traditional Ghanian playground tune, energetic Latin American music, a world premiere from a young composer, and an exciting new 15th birthday celebration piece. With a selection of participatory workshops to get involved in and plenty of opportunities to sing, dance and clap along, it’s guaranteed to be a fun-filled musical experience for all ages.
1 – 2pm: Tea, coffee and cakes in Boult's Bar (not included in ticket price) and a selection of pop-up performances and drop-in workshops including singing, body percussion and puppet-making.
2 – 3pm: NOFA’s 15th Birthday Celebration Concert
All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
