Praised as "highly virtuosic" (Berliner Morgenpost) with a "charismatic brilliance and warmth" (Luzerner Nachrichten), Simon Höfele has quickly established himself as one of the most distinguished trumpeters of his generation.
Simon regularly performs internationally with leading orchestras including Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Mahler Chamber Orchestra, WDR Sinfonieorchester, Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, Orchestra Sinfonica Nazionale della RAI, BBC Symphony Orchestra, Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra and Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne.
The pianist Elisabeth Brauß has been praised by Gramophone Magazine for “the maturity and sophistication of her thoughtful interpretations” which “would be the pride of any pianist twice her age”.
Elisabeth makes her recital debut at the Piano aux Jacobins festival in Toulouse and returns to Konzerthaus Berlin and Muziekcentrum De Bijloke, among others. She also maintains her longstanding relationship with Wigmore Hall returning for a solo recital and several chamber projects.
