Mature prospective applicants

As well as attending many college based events that are aimed at mature students, we currently work with the Open College Network WM to host the 'Access Fair for Adult Learners' at Birmingham City University. Approximately 12 HEIs from the West Midlands region attend, offering advice to Access students about entry to their courses. It is widely publicised in FE colleges throughout the region. We also offer talks on admission to HE including advice on welfare and finance issues. Approximately 200-300 students attend. We also offer a University Experience Day for Access Students called Access All Areas.
