Opera can be said to be "the jewel in the crown of music art”. Tingguang will use these arias from different periods, languages and styles will show you the unique charm of the art of opera.
Tingguang Li is a Chinese tenor and opera actor. He studied in China with Professor Jiankun Shen, the famous Chinese vocal music educator, and the famous tenor Professor Yijie Shi. He studied at the Royal Northern College of Music with Quentin Hayes, where he obtained the MMus degree. He went on to study with Mark Wilde at the Royal Academy of Music.
In 2022, Tingguang returned to the UK to study on the APD course under Jonathan Gunthorpe, Deputy Director of the Department of Vocal and Operatic at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
Tingguang Li is particularly skilled at interpreting the works of Rossini, Donizetti, Bellini and Mozart.
