Birmingham Conservatoire's Acting Postgraduate Open Day is an excellent opportunity for you to meet tutors, tour our facilities and take a sneak peek at what it's like to study at a professional drama school.

Our Postgraduate Open Day starts from 3pm. See an example of the timetable below to check the times of our key activities throughout the event, to make sure you don't miss out.

You will be able to visit our stand on the ground floor of the Millennium Point campus, for more information on the postgraduate courses offered, and to talk to a course director.

Activities will include:

  • A tour of our facilities here at Birmingham School of Acting, leaving from the BSA reception on the ground floor of Millennium Point.
  • 'Auditioning for MA Acting' talk with Lise Olson in Studio 8 (BSA).
  • MA Acting course talk and Q&A session with Lise Olson in Studio 8 (BSA)
  • MFA Acting (The British Tradition) talk and Q&A session with Alex Taylor in Studio 8 (BSA)
  • MA Professional Voice Practice talk and Q&A session with Alex Taylor in Studio 8 (BSA)

For information on postgraduate student finance, we have finance talks taking place throughout the day (lasting approximately 30 minutes).

Overview talk for MA Acting delivered by Course Director Lise Olson. A Q&A session will follow the talk, ending at 5.30pm. Studio 8, ground floor, BSA, Millennium Point.

Lise will be available until 6pm to answer any questions.

5.00pm - 5.30pm

Join a tour of our facilities here at BSA.

4.00pm-6.30pm

MFA Acting (The British Tradition)and MA Professional Voice Practice Course Director Alex Taylor will be available from 4pm to answer any questions you may have.
