Chrisa’s decision to become an academic was driven by a desire to share her knowledge and passion about the field of Forensic Psychology, and to work alongside young people, supporting them in their academic journey.

Chrisa is enthusiastic about what she is teaching and enjoys learning from her students as much as teaching them. Beyond the classroom, Chrisa enjoys doing research. Her research interests focus primarily on understanding why some people engage in interpersonal aggression and violence, as well as the factors that are associated with desistance from this type of behaviour.
