Jessica Wythe

Jessica Wythe (she/her) is a BA (Hons) Education Studies graduate who was part of the initial cohort when Birmingham City University began running the course in 2017. Jess now teaches on the same course as a lecturer for the Department of Childhood, Youth and Community and is a second year EdD candidate. Her research interests are centred around Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), with a specific focus on autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and the educational value of educational school trips to heritage sites and museums.
