Curzon Brass – formed of alumni Jacob Smith and Matthew Tarrant on trumpets, Tom Hayes on horn, Dan Price on trombone and Mark Dilley on tuba – will be performing at the Dream Factory at the Playbox Theatre in Warwick as part of the Warwick and Leamington Music Festival this month.

The performance will take place on Sunday 4 July, from 7.30 – 9.15pm. Book tickets here.

The band, who are 2019 Leamington Music Prize winners, will mark Independence Day with American music including Sousa, Piazzolla, Gershwin, Kern, Rodgers, Duke Ellington, Elvis Presley and Stevie Wonder, among others.

Curzon Brass is also scheduled to perform at the Lord Leycester Hospital in Warwick earlier that day, but this concert has sold out.

On Thursday 1 July, the band will be working with students at Nicholas Chamberlaine School, a secondary school in Bedworth where an initiative is under way to get all students playing an instrument.
