Adrian Jama has worked in the field of Counselling and Psychotherapy in a number of different settings with children, adolescents, and adults, including schools, pupil referral units, third sector organisations and now in private practice.
Adrian is passionate about supporting trainee counsellors through their personal and professional development at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. At present, Adrian works with external agencies and the wider community as part of the counselling service at BCU. The research areas that Adrian is interested in are Gender and Sexuality and Bereavement/Loss.
