University on song with new choir

Fancy a go at singing in a choir? Perhaps you’ve seen The Choir on BBC 1 and wondered what it would be like? Well, now is your chance.

The University is launching the BCU Chorus, a community choir open to staff, students and alumni. You don’t need to have any past experience of singing or reading music, just a love for music and some enthusiasm to give it a go.

Conservatoire choir master Chi Hoe Mak will be leading a taster session on Tuesday 17 April in Baker Hall from 5pm to 6:30pm with further taster sessions to follow at City South, Millennium Point and the Conservatoire (details below). For more information and to register contact Michele Mooney.
