It's time to reserve your place and get ready to celebrate!
In order to attend your Graduation ceremony, you need to follow the information included in your invitation and register your attendance by Tuesday 30 November at 4pm. You just need to register via the registration portal which is available on the BCU mySRS portal here, under the ‘Awards’ tab.
We are very excited to be able to host January 2022 award ceremonies in person and we anticipate these to be busy events. Therefore, we advise that you complete your online registration as soon as you can to avoid disappointment due to venue capacity.
If you miss the registration deadline you may not be able to attend your ceremony due to the capacity in Symphony Hall.
In order to be eligible and receive an invitation to attend, you either must have already received your award or your award must be confirmed by your school by Friday 26 November 2021.
Please be advised that we will stagger sending graduation ceremony invitations for specific graduation ceremonies depending on your School and Course. This means you may receive your invitation on a different date to your friends on other courses. If you feel you should’ve received your invitation, please log an iASK enquiry.
Please check that the email address we hold for you is still current as we will be sending you further information about the ceremonies once you have registered. It will take about five minutes to register and a confirmation receipt will be sent to your preferred email account upon completion.
If you do not receive a receipt email within 48 hours, please log an enquiry via iAsk or the iBCU App, as this may mean your registration has not been processed correctly. If you are a Class of 2020 graduate, you will still be able to access iAsk using your university account.
