  • The latest anthology from our Graduate Diploma course in Writing, run in partnership with the National Academy of Writing, is now out. Edited by students Rhian Dent, Kate Mascarenhas and Emma Whittle, The Spiral Path includes prose fiction, scripts and life writing by 25 students. It will feature at our annual summer show on June 30th at the Birmingham Conservatoire.

  • Student Awarded Prize in TLS Poetry Competition
  • 17 May 2010
  • Third-year English undergraduate Tom Knowles is a prize-winner in this year's Times Literary Supplement poetry competition. His poem, 'Hope', is published in the May 14th issue of the country's leading journal for the humanities. Congragulations to Tom from all his tutors and fellow students.
