Men's Football

BCU Men’s Football is the largest sports club within the University meaning that it’s a great environment to not only compete but will also form a large part of a student’s University experience off the pitch.

The 2020/21 season will see the introduction of a Head Coach for the Men’s Football squads for the first time alongside the current coaching staff. This appointment shows the development pathway being created within the club as players will get the chance to train each week in a professional environment before representing BCU in the BUCS Midlands Leagues throughout the season. The 2019/20 season saw our Men’s 1st Team reach the Midlands Plate Final which was a great achievement.

At present the club hosts three competitive squads but also offers a range of recreational football sessions that take place during the week for those students just wishing to have a bit of fun with their peers or undertake some weekly fitness. Also throughout the year a number of small sided tournaments and leagues will take place across the University.
