We invite applicants who have been made an offer to our BA (Hons) Stage Management degree to join us on Thursday 21 March for a special day where you can meet the team, find out more about the course, and get to watch one of our RBC performances.

10am

Check in at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire

10.15am

Guided walk to Heneage St followed by a welcome, course talk and facilities tour

11am

Consumables on Stage

This taster session explores the practicalities of using food and drink on the stage, and making fake alcohol for a production.

1pm

Lunch

Your lunch is included, and staff and students will also be available during this period to answer any questions you may have about studying with us.

2pm

Travel to theatre

2.30pm

RBC Production

Join us for one of our RBC productions, performed by our Acting students. Afterwards you will experience a backstage tour of the theatre and have the opportunity to meet the show team.

Travelling to your Applicant Taster Day

We're currently offering a range of discounts to help you to travel to your Applicant Taster Day.

By bus or coach

Once you've booked your place, look out for your confirmation email as it will include details of how to claim free bus travel in the West Midlands and free national coach travel (valid for you plus one guest).

By car

If you're travelling to us by car, you'll also be able to claim free parking at our City Centre campus and close to our City South, School of Art and School of Jewellery campuses.
