The programme is targeted at personnel with operational responsibility of the business. It is aimed at high performing area or regional managers; multi-unit managers with potential for Director level responsibility and senior Central Support Managers.

The programme analyse issues of strategy, finance, operations, innovation and leadership from the perspective of the multi-unit leader, the unit manager and the corporate resource holder manager.

The course is offered in two parts:

Part 1: The Postgraduate Diploma in Multi Unit Leadership and Leisure

The Postgraduate Diploma course is the first part of the Masters programme and leads on to the MSc Masters part. The course modules cover the critical issues faced by the multi-unit manager and are designed to draw on the experience of each individual in the workshop.

The courses have a focused and distinctive perspective and this is key to the continuing success of the programmes."
Dr Clinton Bantock, Client Director

In addition the workshops emphasise the practical side of multi-unit management, so set out to give the delegate techniques that are usable in the workplace.

The delegate is awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in Multi-Unit Leadership and Strategy on successful completion of this part of the course.
