Important information
It is important that you are aware of the award ceremony deadlines, so that you can enjoy your celebration without any unnecessary surprises.
It is possible that you will not be able to attend your ceremony if you miss any of these deadlines, so please ensure you familiarise yourself with them and keep checking our website for any updates.

| Deadline to register your attendance (or update your attendance status) | Tuesday 21 November 2023, 4pm | Check your email for registration link or log into MySRS and go to the ‘Graduation’ tab. |
| Deadline for your award to be confirmed by your Faculty Student Centre | Friday 24 November 2023 | Please log a call to your Faculty Student Centre on iAsk for any queries about your award. |
| Initial guest tickets released (limited to two tickets per graduate, subject to availability) | Thursday 30 November 2023, 10am | Check your email for information for your booking link. |
| Deadline to submit any changes to your publicity preferences (e.g Merchandise, featuring in the brochure) | Monday 4 December 2023 | To update your consent preferences, please email us at award.ceremonies@bcu.ac.uk. |
| Deadline to confirm alternative seating or additional support requirements (where advised during registration) | Monday 4 December 2023 | Please email your response to award.ceremonies@bcu.ac.uk |
| Additional guest tickets released on General sale (subject to availability) | Tuesday 12 December 2023, 10am | Check your email invitation for your booking link or visit the Symphony Hall website. |
| Deadline for gown hire and photography package booking | Tuesday 19 December 2023 | Ede & Ravenscroft website. |
