Autumn 2009 saw Birmingham City University launch its enlarged technology-based faculty:- The Faculty of Technology, Engineering and the Environment (TEE).
TEE encompasses three successful University departments – the Technology Innovation Centre and schools of Computing, and of Property, Construction and Planning.
Its new four-school structure integrates multiple, increasingly convergent technologies, and is a responce to the 21st Century low carbon and digital economy opportunities and challenges.
TEE’s Schools:
- Engineering, Design and Manufacturing Systems (EDMS),
- Computing, Telecommunications and Networks (CTN),
- Digital Media Technology (DMT)
- Property Construction and Planning (PCP).
These schools offer records of Academic Excellence - strengthened by extensive interaction with Industry and their respective professions.
