The Division of Psychology is the central point for all University psychology-related activities, including teaching, research and consultancy.

We have continued to expand our provision of taught courses and research degrees in psychology, and as well as our BSc (Hons) Psychology, BSc (Hons) Psychology with CriminologyBSc (Hons) Psychology with Sociology and GradCert/GradDip Psychology, we also currently run two MSc courses in Integrative Psychotherapy and in Forensic Psychology.

We place a strong emphasis on both chartered and non-chartered areas in psychology that are available to psychology graduates.

Professional accreditation

All of our psychology provision is professionally accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) or the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
