Keeley is a Lecturer in Social Psychology at Birmingham City University, where she teaches critical psychology, gender and sexualities, and qualitative research. Keeley has a general interest in qualitative methodologies, with a specific focus on discourse analysis. Keeley completed her BSc (Hons) degree and PhD at Sheffield Hallam University. Keeley’s research focuses on how content and practice within sex and relationship education (SRE) influences young people’s developing sexual subjectivities. This involves detailed examination at policy, educator and pupil levels.
