Jonathan Gadsby qualified as a mental health nurse in 2001. He has special interests in the politics of health and disability, survivor movements, philosophy of science, philosophy of personal identity and critical mental health and is a founder member of the Critical Mental Health Nurses' Network. His PhD research follows his interest in working with people who hear voices.
Jonathan has done most of his nursing in Bristol, including acute nursing, day-therapy nursing, adventure therapy, and a variety of community mental health nursing roles.
