So, you’ve completed your application form and received an email inviting you to book an interview. What’s next?
We're planning a mixture of online and in person interviews, depending on which course you have applied for. Your invitation will make clear whether you are being invited to a virtual or in person interview. The booking process is the same for both.
You can log onto our applicant portal and select the interview session you want. The link and instructions will be in your email. You will usually have at least two sessions to choose from and our Admissions team add new sessions throughout the year.
Don’t worry if you can’t attend a session currently available on the portal as interviews run until a course is full. If no new sessions appear, or you have any other concerns, you can get in touch with Admissions via telephone on 0121 331 6295.
If you need to rearrange your interview session you can cancel the interview via the applicant portal and re-book onto a new session. The exception to this is if it’s a few days before your current interview session booking, in which case you won’t be able to book a new interview session until your current date has passed.
