Call the Midwife star in Panto
Helen George, who graduated from our School of Acting in 2003, stars as the Fairy Godmother in Richmond Theatre’s Cinderella until 4th January 2026.
Alumni podcast featured in Christmas Radio Times
Lewis Howard and Elliot Fitzpatrick, both School of Acting class of 2012 alum, host the podcast ‘That’s Not How It Went Down,’ which has been featured in this year’s Christmas Edition of the Radio Times.

Alumna stars in Christmas show
Kiara Pillai, who graduated from our BA (Hons) Acting course in 2022, is starring in Sleeping Beauty at the Stephen Joseph Theatre in Scarborough until 31st December 2025.
Alumnus wins award for Shakespeare adaptation
School of Acting alumnus Corey Campbell accepted the Diversity Champion Award on behalf of the Belgrade Theatre at the Royal Television Society Midlands Awards. He is their Artistic Director and Film Director.
The award recognises Turn + Draw, a bold, contemporary reimagining of Romeo and Juliet that centres Black British talent, celebrates diversity on and off screen, and creates real opportunities for emerging creatives through the Belgrade Digital Media Academy.
