Student support - Academic Development Department (ADD)
The Academic Development Department (ADD) will help you achieve your personal goals, make the most of your skills, and realise your full potential while studying at University. ADD is staffed by academic support staff who understand your concerns and will answer any questions you have either by email, over the phone or in person.
Academic Skills Support
This support will help you develop across the two broad areas of academic writing and numeracy applied to practice. This is supported by workshops and small group or individual tutorials, related to academic writing, critical analysis, literature searching skills, referencing and numeracy.
We are happy to discuss any aspects of your work that are causing you concern and to point you in the right direction.
