Review of Scottish Poetry Library

Client:
The Scottish Poetry Library
Evidence base scottish poetry

The Scottish Poetry Library was established in 1984 and has developed into a significant resource and advocate of poetry in Scotland and the wider world.  It focuses on the work of Scottish poets in Scots, Gaelic and English.  The Scottish Poetry Library commissioned Evidence Base to undertake an independent review of the Scottish Poetry Library, examining the roles and responsibilities of library staff required to meet the strategic aims of the Scottish Poetry Library as outlined in the 2018 - 2021 business plan and beyond.

This commission involved desk research, face to face and phone interviews with staff, key stakeholders and partners.
