Centre for Brexit Studies Senior Fellow Dr Steven McCabe has shared his thoughts and views around the impact that COVID-19 is having on the increasing rise of unemployment across the globe, as well as the jump of Universal Credit claims.
In a video shared today, Dr McCabe discussed the impact of the ongoing coronavirus crisis on the Aviation sector, after British Airways is expected to suspend 36,000 jobs. He also discusses what is next for the Brexit process, and if there is a possibility of the Brexit deadline being extended.
The expert also discussed the Labour Leadership, and who could we expect to be announced as the winner and new leader of the party later this week.
