Centre for Brexit Studies Director Professor Alex de Ruyter, has shared his expertise and views on the day that the UK formally leaves the EU, and discusses what happens now.
In a video shared today, the expert discusses if he believed we would ever get to the stage of leaving the EU after almost four years of drama and chaos in Parliament.
He also analyses if the UK will ever be able to fully move on from Leavers vs Remainers, if we can expect to hear about Brexit as much in the press now we are entering a transition period.
Professor Alex de Ruyter also discusses what both UK and EU citizen’s rights will be after 11pm tonight, and if will we see any big changes immediately, or if they will come over the next 11 months.
