Boris Johnson’s first year as Prime Minister

Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s first year in the role has been discussed by two leading industry experts.

In the latest Centre for Brexit Studies Podcast, BBC Political Reporter Kathryn Stanczyszyn and Centre for Brexit Studies Director Professor Alex de Ruyter, joined forces to look back on Boris Johnson’s first full year in the job.

The duo discussed what they have made of his approach to his role of Prime Minister so far, how he has handled Brexit negotiations, as well as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The experts also discussed the impact that Boris has had on the Conservative Party, if he has formed a tight cabinet and if the Labour Party could ever win an election with Boris in charge.
